“I used to suffer from the most horrendous night cramps; jumping around the bedroom swearing uncontrollably to the serious concern of my wife. After a month or so of taking this magnesium, they had largely disappeared; once a month or so, rather than three or four times a month. One capsule a day is recommended; other dietary régimes suggest twice that, so I take one morning and one before bed. Works superbly!”

We are glad that the magnesium supplement has helped the night cramps, you might be interested to know that we olso provide a magnesium oil spray that you can apply just before bedtime. Many of our readers say that this is very effective for night cramps and even restless legs.
