“it appears most problems with poor or no hearing is ear wax - and the only safe and effective way is Otosan - very defintely not ear buds ! Wax also blocks the tube between the deaf aid and the ear making it ineffective - this needs to be cleared provided you can get access to the end of this tube and clear the blockage - use Otosan spray every day !”
