“So far so good. Haven't used patches before though have used CBD creams etc for my chronic knee & back pain. My 1st experience was one of dizziness, which when I looked it up, that can be a side effect but it's the body adjusting. Would be good if the packaging mentioned it. Luckily that only happened on the initial use. The patches stay in place well, but the sheets can stick together whis is a bit annoying! I've had a bit of redness but it hasn't lasted long & they do leave a bit of sticky residue round the edges which I found comes off quite well with a bit of coconut oil - a tip I picked up on another website selling similar patches. I do think they are helping a bit which means I can reduce painkillers so that's good. Let's hope it continues!”
