“HELPS MY SLEEP PATTERN .DON'T WAKE UP SO MUCH BUT RARELY SLEEP MORE THAN 5.1/2 HOURS. BEFORE WAS ONLY SLEEPING 4 HOURS BEFORE TOSSING AND TURNING AND TRYING TO GET BACK TO SLEEP.”
