“Phoned to make an order and asked if the battery was fully charged and ready to fit in my bike - he explained the process required and when I said I didn’t have a battery charger he said they would do the whole process and next day I received a fully charged battery and even a gift !! An led torch. Superb service AND the battery was the cheapest I could find. Shame other companies don’t take a leaf out of this company’s book !”
