“Ordered the battery listed as in stock, next day I get a call saying they dont have battery and is it ok to send an equivalent out, I say ok. Battery arrives and its not the equivalent, it has less CCA than the ordered battery. I call Customer Service to see what can be done, phone is answered "gobatteries" then nothing, I explain the problem, more silence, I ask what can be done, I am told "i am covering the phones, the person you need to speak to is back on Monday", this is Thursday, so pending someone being able to help on Monday this is the review so far
MONDAY UPDATE : Mark called me to apologise for the experience and explain how busy they were and the wrong person was answering phones as they were short staffed, I have fitted the replacement battery and it seems ok so far, so overall rating is amended to 4 stars for Marks response and the prompt delivery”

“So far so good. Ordered on Saturday, arrived early Tuesday morning. Well packed. Fitted easily. The terminals are flush with the sides, so no need to mess about with spacers etc. The cold engine now turns over first push of the starter, unlike with other batteries that sometimes take two or more pushes to get it turning. I am pleased with it, so far, but it's only been in the bike a few days. Time will tell. Anyway the service from Go batteries was very good so I recommend as a supplier.”
