We are so very sorry that your order which left our warehouse on Friday was not delivered by FedEx yesterday (Monday) as it should have been. I have been in contact with FedEx this afternoon and a case file has been opened and we expect to get this remedied for you ASAP.
I will follow this up with FedEx for an explanation but most importantly we want to get your order to you and will get this done as speedily as possible.
