We are very sorry to hear you won't be using our services again, this has never happened to us previously. When your order was placed the required quantity meant your order would be delivered on a pallet, and prior to delivery a notification was sent late morning giving a etimated time of delivery in the afternoon. Unfortunately we weren't made aware you close early on a Friday and when the delivery was attempted at 14:36 the business was closed, and as such any re-delivery from pallet companies comes with a re-delivery charge.
