“I purchased 3 of these NOCO NLP14 batteries. On 2 of them, the BMS went to sleep after a period of not being charged and they would not subsequently accept charge.
I reported the problem and was advised to return them. The warranty has been honoured and I am pleased that Noco have decided to stand behind their product in this instance.
