I needed a new battery quickly because my 7-year old one had failed. Another company's web-site offered a cheaper price and promised sameday despatch but when I didn't get a despatch confirmation it took me seven phones calls and nearly an hor of wasted time to get through and find out that they weren't going to despatch it for several days.
When I phoned Go-Batteries they answered the phone almost immediately, quickly confirmed that they had the correct battery in stock and that it would be despatched that day. IT WAS! And it arrived on time the next day.
It might have cost me a couple of pounds more but I'd far rather deal a company that is easy to deal with and keeps its promises.”
