“Up to the point Go Battery employed Fed Exto deliver my battery the service was brilliant. Unfortunately Fed Ex, probably the highest profile courier company worldwide, failed to deliver the item when promised. In fact, they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address. I contact both Fed ex (3times)and Go Battery both of which delivery was confirmed prior to 18.00.
As a result of Fed Ex distinctly uncaring and poor service, Go Battery has been marked down”
