“Unfortunately, we got a bad batch of these batteries (3 failures out of 3 batteries) but thankfully they failed JUST inside our 2 year warranty. Leigh at Go Batteries was an absolute star - we were out in a canal boat so couldn't find a sensible way to get the bad ones back for inspection so they took my word for it, asked for some photos and quickly got us the replacement, with great communication along the way.
Getting the replacements on the warranty cost us nothing, and it was processed super fast.
