“5 Star service, suspect problem with the Battery when I fitted it to my HP4, now showing a dead cell. Mark jumped on it straight away and is in direct contact with Shido, so hopefully get this small matter resolved within a couple of days.

“Delivered very quickly and well packed. Battery is light in weight and has some good functions. Bluetooth works well and allows battery health and charge to be monitored. Not fitted yet, but can't imagine any problems - with 3 year warrenty (when registered), can't go wrong!”
