“I’ve only tried 2 different makes of motorcycle/scooter Lithium batteries and the first one I bought was over £50 and messed that one up because I charged it from almost flat without my glasses on, in the dark, and almost blew it up because of my stupidity!!!
Having said that, I loved that one because I could charge it enough to start my bike in 6 minutes (as I don’t use my bike too much in the winter, lithium batteries tend to run flat quite quick if you don’t use them, To be fair, I have an alarm and in the winter it gets very cold where I live!). This battery seems as good as the last, if not better and it’s about £15 cheaper and you can fully charge it from flat in about 20-30 minutes using a smart lithium charger! The best thing I love about these batteries is that if you can kickstart your bike and ride it for about 5-10 minutes, your battery will charge enough not to need a kickstart the next time! I usually ride for at least 30-60 minutes when I use my bike, so I have a fully charged battery with good cranking capabilities almost every time I use it! I know people who ride every day prefer traditional batteries but I’m not sure why as I have never had need of my bike every day and the Lithium battery is by far my best option. I’m very happy with it and as usual with all Lithium batteries, the little LED charge indicator is useful if you can be bothered to to unscrew your battery compartment cover to use it!”
