“This unit replaces a (cheaper) fully automatic charger which worked well initially but eventually, although the display showed the battery charging normally, failed to properly charge the battery causing the battery to appear at the end of it's life. I have a number of bikes and the same problem has occurred. Once connected to the Noco the batteries (which had been condemned) returned to full charge. So if you have a recurring problem with battery life, change your charger not the battery. The only disappointment was the failure to include a cable to hard wire onto the bike which is included with many cheaper chargers.”
