I am very sorry to hear you received a battery from us that was showing such poor health, this is highly unusal for us as everything goes through a thorough checks prior to be packed and dispatched.
Although we replaced the product I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our staff provide an extremely high level of customer service as we feel this is very important, and becasue of this we have very few issues, but life is such that occassonally an issue will arise. If and when this occurs, the important thing is how well any issue is resolved and we go to great lengths to make sure this is as smooth as possible.
