“Website promised next day delivery in most cases, if it arrives when promised it will be 4 day delivery. Had to go out and buy another battery as I could not wait. At least I’ll have a spare battery.”

I am sorry you feel disappointed in our service with regards to your order for the Numax 895CXT battery. I have looked into this for you this morning to see how best we can remedy this situation for you and also learn from any possible mistake made by ourselves as this is extremely important to us.
On checking the details of your order I noticed you placed the order at 13:41 on Thursday 16th of July. The cut off point for next day deliveries is 1pm so your order would be picked, packed and then dispatched on Friday, as stated on the website we "Guaranteed next working day delivery" because DHL (who are our couriers worldwide) do not deliver on Saturdays, thus making all orders dispatched on Fridays due for delivery on Monday.
I have checked the tracking details and your order is with the delivery courier ready to be with you today.
