Our records show your order was placed on Saturday at 13:20. Our delivery policy, which is prominently displayed on every product page on our website, is guaranteed next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm on a working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, are processed and dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery - as neither we nor our courier partners operate over the weekend.
Your order was dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, which is exactly in line with our published policy. We would also like to clarify that you were charged our standard delivery rate - not a premium next day surcharge.
When we spoke by telephone and explained this, we understand this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, and we appreciate you taking our call.
