“Product all good. Unfortunately on wrapping the item which was a gift I noticed the plastic blister pack had been previously cut open on three sides but it was too late to change.”

Thanks for your review - we only open the packaging if you've requested engraving on the knife blade. Please be reassured that your item is as it should be, we've found this is the neatest way to open the blister pack for engraving.

However having now purchased 2 products from Outdoor 365 that I have requested to be engraved, it has become apparent that despite my feedback to them them, they cannot seem to correctly reseal the packaging after engraving and leave the items “loose” in the packaging do as they will.
Knife fell out of the postal packaging when picked up off my door mat on my first order, and second order multi tool was rolling around inside the packaging!
Both items were purchased as gifts a few months apart and despite my feedback on the first item, nothing has improved!
Feedback was sent on the second item - but after two months, I still haven’t had a reply!
As said, great products, but careless packaging, and poor response to constructive feedback”
