“First kettle arrived faulty, which Snellings arranged a replacement to be sent the same day. Problem was with the couriers that they use, even though it was sent next day delivery, it took nearly a week to be delivered by the couriers, throughout this time, I received excellent customer service from Shaney at Snellings who even refunded me the full amount of the kettle and delivery as a gesture of good will.”
