“This feels like a quality product, literally speaking when it is handled it feels robust like all Bose products. Arrived as expected well packaged and reflecting the Bose quality presentation I have come to expect. Took a while to link TV and Sat with the App. Could have benefitted from a more in depth physical instruction document but I am old fashioned so not really a valid criticism. It works well and clears the plethora of remotes on the coffee table. Well worth the money and a lovely addition. The rubberised face does pick up doggy hairs but does not impede its function. I love Bose and this has not failed to please. I love it!”
