“This Miele has replaced the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner which has driven me mad ever since I bought it three or four years ago. A horrible, ugly, plasticy thing that regularly clogged up and was very fiddly to empty. I was relieved when it 'died' and I could resort to the ancient Miele that I had inherited from my mother - still in excellent working order. I decided, because really I wanted a cordless machine, to follow my mother's lead and get a Miele. The Triflex is superbly designed, substantially made and very easy to use and empty. The light on the main (powered) rotary head is a great facility. It is expensive but not unduly so in comparison with the Dyson. Excellent value for money.”
