“I like this machine, it has enough choices of washing programs, and spin speeds etc can usually be amended. The drum is large, well, certainly larger than my previous machine. There are a couple of anomalies though. The door is a bit stiff so cannot be swung shut, it has to be pushed. Water filling is noisier than my previous machine, and when filling it does open and shut the valve quite a bit. The door is quite large and is asymmetrical meaning the bottom of the door is quite low. Not a major issue but a standard washing basket won't fit under the door and has to be moved out of the way to load and unload washing. The program dial has a moving LED indicator to show which program is selected. If viewing from a standing position it's fine, but if viewing from a crouching position (like when loading) the LED is slightly offset and doesn't reflect the actual program selected. None of the observations are real problems, and it certainly seems to have cleaned well in the couple of weeks of ownership. One of the reasons for buying this product was because of the five years guarantee. Slightly misleadingly the blurb with the machine says you have to register the standard two year guarantee (not true, you do not need to register to get a guarantee), and to get the other three years you do need to register, but it was not obvious how or where to do this until Gerald Giles the supplying shop kindly pointed me in the right direction. Overall, I like the machine.”
