“Products are effective when I use a foam backed nail buffer to get rid of persistent black stains. It does not mark or scratch the surface and I was thrilled to discover this ‘secret tip’ as I was becoming very frustrated when Miele products were not cleaning stubborn marks off the oven despite my most determined efforts. I would like to receive a reward for publicising this ‘tip’ I am a loyal Miele customer with over 8 Miele appliances in my home. My inability to return my new oven (with integral air fryer) to its gleaming pristine Condition”
