“This lovely bowl had been out of stock everywhere for a long time. A week or so ago I thought I tried to see whether it was back in stock and hurray!!! It was. I placed an order straight away. The day after I got a call from the company, the lovely lady on the phone explained how the box was slightly damaged, the bowl was in perfect condition. She wanted to check whether I was happy to receive the bowl and box in such condition just in case I had bought it for a present. I explained how the bowl was for me and providing it wasn’t broken/cracked I was happy to receive it like that. The next day the bowl arrived. It looks lovely with my Red Apple Candy Mixer!! This is not the first time I use Snellings Gerald Giles and it will certainly not be the last. They are a great company with very competitive prices.”
