“The mixer is solidly built being of an all metal construction and is very sturdy in operation at all speeds. The fact that it looks great in our kitchen is a real bonus. It has been used to assist in making two exquisitely light Victoria sponges thus far and we expect it to being doing much more in future. I can definitely recommend this product, the additional expense is well worth it.”
