“Not happy with my purchase whatsoever. I ordered a headphone-Type C adaptor for mt Huawei P20 pro, however straight off the bat I notice the silver casing around one of the ends has actually come loose and now runs up and down the cable freely. Secondly, the audio input from my headphones using the adaptor is shocking, and the audio output is also inaudible to those one the other end of the phone for example. Really not happy”

“Wish I’d just bitten the bullet and bought Apple AirPods. These are totally dud. Seem to have decided to stop working after 2 months and even when they did work...only ever one ear piece that seemed to work at any time. Going to attempt a refund but suspect that will be almost impossible now”

“Delivery was great the headphones arrived within a few days and initially they seemed great (although annoying to get used to the touch settings) HOWEVER I charged them up for the first time and the right one stopped working! I had them a month, used once or twice so definitely not worth the money personally”
