“Recieved my earphones approximately a week ago. I think in total ive used them 3 times. The shape of the earphone its actually too large and hurts your ears and I find myself constantly having to rearrange it or put it back in because it doesn't sit right or fit nicely. Sound quality is good however they do cut out quite regularly so the music is disturbed. Using them for calls is completely pointless ad I have to turn them off and use the headset for people to actually hear me. Over all wouldnt reccomend”

“Buttons on earphones don't work. If you press volume up once it turns it all the way up to maximum volume and same for volume down, even though I'm not holding the button down.”
