“Ink arrived very quickly and worked ok on text but tried to print pictures, not on photographic paper just part of the document and the quality was poor tried to get the heads realigned and still did not work had to buy Epson ink for the project I was printing, I will try again with none picture printing if still have no luck then will try other makers to see if they any better hate the cost of the OEM inks”

Hello Peter, We have fantastic feedback with these and sell 100+ sets daily. It could be a setting on the printer or simply one defective colour in the pack. When colours print they obviously mix and if one is defective it throws the quality out! “I bought this for my 1355cnw, used for home&family purposes. Shipment notification came very fast. Replaced the black toner immediately upon arrival since the old one was near empty. The volume meter for black immediately went to 100%, no fuss, no warning about non-original toner. Printouts have been displaying the same quality as for the original toner. It remains to see if this condition lasts and if the colour toners satisfy in the same manner, but for this very affordable price I have already two working black replacement toners, alone worth the money. I shall try to add a comment later, after some time and after the colour toner cartridges have been replaced.”
