“Arrived very promptly. It works perfectly. It didn't slide as easily into the slot as the original cartridge but it went in and it works perfectly. It's probably worth mentioning that it didn't come in a box as pictured. It was in a thick, black plastic bag and then in a specially shaped plastic bag filled with air which padded it in transit. As said it works perfectly but without the box it would not have been easy to store which had been my intention - to stack it up with other spare cartridges. As it was just used it first and am pleased with it. Good item, competitively priced and speedily delivered.”

“Good cartridge for my Xpress M2022. Fits and works well even though M2022 not on side of box. Customer services gave a fast response and encouraged me to install it when I queried if it was the right one. Toner indicator works too.”

“Although this is a sizeable printer/scanner/photocopier, it is absolutely excellent - great print quality and speed, and the scanner is also good to use. Rock-solid software and it's great that you can scan directly to your computer from the printer, and print from your mobile phone too. With the duplex, 2-sided printing is a breeze and you get really professional prints. I have also found the toner to last a long time and it's inexpensive to replace (using generic cartridges). Only issues are that the paper can get jammed in the machine, which seems to happen after printing a few double-sided pages (not sure if this is therefore related to the duplex heating up). But I haven't found it to be a major problem. Also, you can't scan double-sided automatically using the sheet feeder on the top - there is no duplex for scanning. But overall this is excellent value for money. I've been using it for 2 and a half years and it's still going strong.”
