“Felt a bit cheated that the womens version didnt do both biceps and triceps so I bought the mens one, I was a bit apprehensive because I had read reviews of discomfort felt by people who are using it,, so I tried it and I can safely say just felt my muscles contracting nothing else painfull ,, ok I wasnt so silly as to put it at a high number on my first days but I could feel the machine working, it feels a bit weird at first but you get used to it, for me it has another plus side,, I was in A and E a few months ago from severe agony in my left shoulder and arm, since then my arm has never recovered properly (calcification of the shoulder joint that will need an operation when it flares up again ) and after using this toning machine I can swear the movement has vastly improved and the pain when I move it the wrong way has been drastically reduced,, I can nearly move it in the way most normal people can, and I havent been taken painkillers,, All it needs to do now is make my bingo wings disappear to which I will get back to you all in a few weeks oh and putting them on and positioning them in the right place was a piece of cake just make sure you look which one says left arm and which one says right, only downside is nowhere to put the controller if you want to walk about,, if you are a woman do what I did and stuff it in your bra!!!!!..discovered that if you do get up and walk dont plan on picking stuff up, your arms do involuntary jerking movements so its really hard to butter toast,, you have to time things perfectly hahaha,, figured out why the arm band straps are quite short as well,,, I think its so you cant use them on your thighs(would have tried it personaly if they were longer,, nothing like experimenting!!!) Been using it a week now ,, still got bingo wings but pain has vastly improved on my arm, (not cured but improved)”

“Just got the twin pack of toners this morning. Had a bit of a a faff to get it fitted but after 3 reinsertions everything seemed to line up and now printing perfectly. Will probably not need to buy toner for a while but if I do, I would buy these again. Ordered on the 4th and arrived this morning, the 8th. great quick service.”
