“I have only recently installed the first of these cartridges. The printer gave me a warning that the use of non-cartridges would invalidate my warranty. However, that had expired anyway. Initial impressions are good with clear, even print. Hopefully, the longevity will be good. Time will tell.”

“The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Alas there were no instructions whatsoever in the box, but thought no more about it. I removed the original toner from my Xpress M2022 printer and then found the new one would not fit, being 1 to 2 mm too wide. I filled out a return request and within a few hours received a reply from Adam at Toner Experte who wanted me to send pictures of the toner I had received. Before doing that I read all the reviews on this item and saw another reviewer had had a similar problem and found he had left a piece of packaging in place - I immediately went back to the new toner and found I had done the same, leaving the black plastic piece covering the green roller in place (it just looks like a part of the toner cartridge). Once removed the toner fitted perfectly and works brilliantly. I replied to Adam telling him what the problem was and suggested the plastic cover should have a label on it stating it is to be removed before installing the toner cartridge.”
