“The cartridge itself was fine with no complaint. Works well. The only surprise was that even though the seller was based in UK and stated prices included VAT, the delivery was fulfilled by a sister company on the Channel Islands, and the invoice I later received had zero VAT on it. Not an issue if a private buyer -- in fact the private buyer can benefit from the zero-VAT to buy cheaper, presumably -- but if buying for a company, as I was, when comparing with another product you'd need to consider this 15%-VAT or zero-VAT factor to properly compare the prices.”

“Had to contact supplier as thought too big for printer. WRONG as they replied immediately check if protective cover removed. I hadn't put down to my age. Excellent service and now fitted prints seem as good as original cartridge supplied with printer. Can only assume those with problems were unlucky.”

“THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY THE CLEAR TRANSPARENT MATERIAL WHICH MEANS YOU CAN PHYSICALLY SEE IF THE INK HAS ACTUALLY RUN OUT AS OPPOSED TO BRAND NAMES IN BLACK PLASTIC - THIS CO IS BASED IN CENTRAL IN HONGKONG IN AN AREA I AM FAMILIAR WITH DUE TO MY JOB WILL LOOK OUT FOR THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE IF SUPPLY STAY CONSISTENT AND PRICE LOW.”
