Responsive customer service- one of the inks was only half filled, emailed the customer service, who promptly sent a replacement cartridge by expedited delivery Worth its money. The new cartridges are more than the printer itself. The toners are of good quality and of reasonable cost”

“Arrived swiftly and safely and appears to work fine - good value. My LaserJet Pro 200 color m25ln printer seemed to spend a lot of time scratching its head and thinking about it before it initially started printing for the first time after fitting a full set of these new toner cartridges, but then it seemed fine. Maybe a printer software or a computer printer driver issue? Each new toner cartridge for this printer always includes replacement roller/drum/whatever and other bits. Seems wasteful just to discard the old ones; I would appreciate advice on whether these can be usefully returned / recycled anywhere.”
