“Good cartridge for my Xpress M2022. Fits and works well even though M2022 not on side of box. Customer services gave a fast response and encouraged me to install it when I queried if it was the right one. Toner indicator works too.”

“They all seem to work ok except Cyan. However, as I only replaced each as prompted its now past the date for possible return. Basically it will not recognise it and keeps showing 'replace'.. ETA I subsequently did a reset on this cartridge (YouTube shows how) and it now works fine now.”

“Colour quality looks good and I had very helpful support when I encountered a problem with a cartridge. A replacement was sent out and I was given helpful instructions in reinstalling because I kept getting an error message. Will be using Printing Pleasure again for my ink.”
