“Needed to upgrade my current mono, multifunction laser printer by but, for some reason the current colour multifunction printers have not been given great reviews. Following looking around, I chose the DCP-9020CDW (Important note: can't see why you would need a fax function anymore) On arrival, It didn't take long to setup and now it's the home multifunction printer. Good Points: Nice Size. True 2 sided printing. Easy wireless setup. Good quality prints. Lots of functions. Price. Bad points. None so far.”

“I was uncertain that this cartridge would work on my M2026W printer because some of the reviews indicated that it might not fit. It was a bit fiddly, and I had to remove a flap, but when I did it it went into he printer with little effort and works perfectly. I am extremely pleased with it as it means I get an ink cartridge for Â£15 instead of Â£40. I was willing to chance it, as my machine cost less than the cartridge and so annoyed was I at the cost of the cartridge I was prepared to throw the printer away if the Toner Kingdom cartridge didn't work. It is a very nice printer and I'm pleased that I did not have to do so!”

“Great value and prints great. Not sure how long they will last but I got past 1500 sheets with the black and 2100 with yellow so I have a benchmark for the two most used toners. I also noted that I didn't have to activate the Non-Toner option. Here is a good tip to squeeze more life out your toners: the non-toner option can be used to extend toner life after the Printer auto notifies that the toner needs renewing. Worth knowing if you have an urgent print run and the printer is low on toner.”
