This replacement for the compatible Canon Cb543A yellow toner has been manufactured using high quality reproduction parts. This ensures maximum compatibility for this cartridge and a low defect rate. Using higher quality components also allows a higher yield and print quality than is typical of compatible products. The Cb543A toner features high quality plastic moulding to avoid leaking and to produce clear prints along with a long shelf life. The latest chip versions are used in the manufacturing process to give a high percentage of compatibility and low error rate. This cartridge carries a generic brand but is sourced from the same manufacturer to ensure a consistent cartridge quality and supply and traceability for faults.  Specification Product Type: Compatible Manufacturer part number (MPN): CB543A-1Y Yield/Capacity: 1800 pages Printer Class Type: Toner Pack Contents: 1 x Yellow Product Brand: Inks Direct Compatible Guaranteed Compatibility Printer ModelsThis product is guaranteed to work with the below printers, if your printer model isn't listed but takes this model of cartridge this is the correct item for your printer.• Canon i-SENSYS LBP-5050 toner cartridges • Canon i-SENSYS LBP-5050N toner cartridges • Canon i-SENSYS MF-8030Cn toner cartridges • Canon i-SENSYS MF-8040Cn toner cartridges • Canon i-SENSYS MF-8050Cn toner cartridges • Canon i-SENSYS MF-8080Cw toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS LBP5050 toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS LBP5050N toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS MF8030Cn toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS MF8040Cn toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS MF8050Cn toner cartridges • Canon iSENSYS MF8080Cw toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS LBP 5050 toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS LBP 5050N toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS MF 8030Cn toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS MF 8040Cn toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS MF 8050Cn toner cartridges • Canon i SENSYS MF 8080Cw toner cartridges

Does the job at a 1/4 the cost of the original toner. Lasts a reasonable time too. There are no recycling instructions.

Very good price. Part arrived quickly, was extremely well packed. Fitted easily and excellent printout. At that price it's a no brainer Pete

This worked well for third party cartridges. Well packaged / protected as well. I'm impressed.

A good product at a good price Had some concern over using a compatible rather than an original Only noticeable difference is the price.

Its a toner, just as good as the OEM but at a better price. 100% perfect.

I've had three of these cartridges now and they're all perfect working order and a lot cheaper than the ones which do the same job

Hmmm.. I confess to a little of the "in two minds" over this. The good - it's easy. shake it, pull off the paper, pull off the plastic cover, slot it in and shut the printer -- same as the original toners. Fits perfectly, not worries. Recognised right away by the printer, no fuss, no errors. The "middling" - after ONE page the toner register says 98% left. it's reacting the same as the "start-up" toner. I have doubts over the 700 or 1000 page rating. I suspect it;s only about 500 pages as the start-up toners are. The bad - for some reason (*) it loses faint grey-scale detail. I printed a picture with the original toner then printed the same picture when I replaced the toner (about five minutes after the first print, so age isn't an issue) - there is an OBVIOUS difference between the two images. The original toner gives a subtle grey shading in the black (example, folds in a black cloak on a fantasy figure) -- the new toner just gives black. I'll take photos and upload them for the examples) (* I think, perhaps, the original toners are finer and spread less during the fusing process; the after-market toners are coarser and spread more when fused) It's a little disappointing but not a game-killer. Advice? If accurate grey-scales are important then stick with original toners. If you print out text, university work, web pages, etc (or, like me, print out black and white images for art reference) then this will do fine for you. I have doubts over the stated quantity of the toner, but it's not bad for the price.

Seems to be as good as the branded toner at less than half the price.
