“Ok, a small but fixable assembly fault.there's a small square piece of plastic on the side of the cartridge (the cover of the fill point for the toner) that has a small square lid on it with a little plastic bump that engages with my printer. This new cartridge would not lock into place in my printer until I figured out that this small lid was on the wrong way round. Simple enough to remove it and pop it back on ( Compare with your old cartridge) After that it worked fine and is good quality.”

“A lot of the times when you buy toner that has been recycled people run into trouble. We have this trouble at work with recycled toners and printers. Anyway I took a chance and bought this for my and it works perfectly. Packaged right plugged in and I'm off. No concerns at all and very happy customer. Will buy again.”

“I've used many cheap, replica toners (i.e Prestige etc) but these have so far been the best yet in terms of paper yield and quality of print. We use them for business b/w letters and a fair amount of fine coloured drawing plans. I've not had a misprint yet.”
