“You really do get what you pay for. This printer is fine. It arrived promptly, and it does the job quickly and efficiently. That's the good news (and of course, that's what it's for). But, it feels light and flimsy, it came without the cable to connect it to the computer (we had to send for that sepaparately), the print isn't as dark as it might be, and it refuses to print PDF files. Also ( a small point), you have to press very firmly on the on/off button (at first, we thought there was something wrong with it). In summary, on the whole, a satisfactory printer. Would I buy it again? I might, but I'd probably go for a slightly more expensive one. Three-and-a-half stars.”

“Was dubious about buying non-original but was I pleasantly surprised the printing output was indistinguishable from the original toner that came with the printer. Seems to be lasting well too and with no loss in quality represent a great saving. Already on my list for repurchase when they run out.”

“The refills are all working fine, except the Magenta which is showing up as empty. Keep getting message from that I need to replace it. Everything is printing fine and if one colour is empty the printer won't print so there must be ink in it. This may be way of annoying me for using a different make of refill, I don't know but I will keep you posted regarding the Magenta cartridge. As you will note from the photo, all there is is an exclamation mark. Haven't replaced the black yet but will have to shortly. Anyone got any ideas as to why this should be regarding the Magenta?”
