“I felt compelled to review this item as I have now received THREE reminder emails over a period of weeks asking me to review the item. If I review every thing I ever do or buy, I won't get much else done. More to the point, (a) the item is still in a box on my shelf - it's a printer cartridge that I bought to replace one WHEN IT RUNS OUT, (b) I did actually PAY for them - so why harass me endlessly, and (c) I literally have nothing to say other than they arrived on time. I'm sure this is all indicative of a company that believes in its product and wants to do well. But I find the endless harassment for reviews to be excessive.”

“Good value but came with no fitting instructions, I knew how to fit as it was a 2nd replacement but to a person new to the printer could be a problem or would resort to YouTube !”

“Good quality toner at a good price. Happy to recommend this to other buyers. I would also warn other buyers to be careful of other sellers, I ordered this item from another seller but only the toner drum was delivered without toner - it was my fault for not reading their tricky advertising writing. However, this item is the actual toner and is of good quality. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this toner and an original toner. A+”

“Item(s) came quickly and were well packed. When I first installed the toner the printer told me it was an incompatible cartridge (gulp) but I took it out and re-installed and it works fine. So far it is printing well but it is too early to comment on longevity.”
