“I have a fairly new laser printer and this was the first time I needed a replacement toner cartridge. I was careful not to order one that wouldn't be compatible with my printer but this product clearly stated which printers it works with. Also, I always look for a free delivery which was offered with this product. I thought the price was good and delivery was as expected. “Good points: The print quality is extremely good and reasonably fast. Network setup is trivially simple to do. The iPrint&Scan apps for tablet/phone printing are very easy to set up and free from your app store. (Tested on a Nexus 7 and an iPad). The scanner is fast and the automatic document feeder works well together with the included software for conversion to PDF or a range of other options; or you can use OCR (included) which gave a faultless conversion on my test. You can use the machine as a reasonably quick photocopier. The included software is easy to use. Not so good points: The scan quality is not the best. The machine is large - please DO check the dimensions, and then add 15 cm on each side and the back, and 40 cm above. (I only have 20 cm above and it works fine). You need access to the back if you plan to print on card or envelopes (straight path printing). The machine is heavy - almost 19kg so you need to stand it on something solid. Branded consumables are very expensive - not only toner, but also other items such as the waste toner container which has to be replaced after 50000 pages. 3rd party toner is significantly cheaper than the branded kind. Overall: A very good MFC for a home user or a SMALL office user. The home user gets very professional print output and the flexibility to print from any computer, tablet or phone via WiFi or wired network connection. Scanning works well and is quick. The quality of colour prints, while not as good as the best inkjets for photographs, is fine for most purposes. Text quality is better than inkjet.”

“This toner fits the M2070 printer. Initially I thought it was too wide but then realised after contacting very helpful customer service that there was a protective outer that I needed to remove before installation. No issues with the quality of the print.”
