“I've owned this printer for 6 months and I'm generally very pleased with it. It's easy to set up, with a fixed IP address (optional) for wireless use with multiple laptops at home. Copying and scanning are also simple to use and the sheet feeder is a bonus. My only gripe is that toner-cartridge life - according to - is based on page counters, not on actual ink levels, which means you could end up replacing a cartridge that still has ink in it. Resetting the cartridge counter (google "Reset the DCP 9020CDW toner cartridge" for instructions) solves the problem. I recommend this printer for above-average home printing and copying levels - but check the space you have available for it before ordering as the footprint is quite large.”

“Very well packaged, and no issues with printer recognising the ink (DCP-L2500D). The OEM starter cartridge that came with the printer gave me approx 644 pages at 5.47% page coverage as an average. Being a student, I have a lot of research materials to print, the university facilities were proving to be expensive at 5p per page and using the original toner was only 1p less per page, not factoring in paper costs. So far only printed test pages, very happy with result. However I would not use this ink to print official documents or final drafts etc. I”

“Excellent value for money, super easy to slot into the printer; M2022 Mono Printer. Works just as well as the original toner, no problems at all. Would buy again. PS. There is yellow arrow showing you where the black packing paper is so its quite obvious you need to take the paper off, then you just unclip the orange plastic cap and slide in. Why spend double for a brand name?”
