“Disappointing. I was thrilled with these when installing them a few months ago. Now the printer won't print because the sensor doesn't recognise the carts are still full. ***Update*** Cannot say enough how helpful the seller has been. Hopefully I just have a naff batch & replacements will be fine (crosses fingers, toes, eyes.)”

“I bought this cartridge for my 8-year old printer (pre-Vista, that's how old, but can download later drivers from site). I wasn't expecting much from a non-oem source, but was pleasantly surprised; the packaging was well protected and properly branded, and the print quality is every bit as good as an oem item. Claimed yield is over 3000 prints (at 6% density?). At the price that is super value. Time will tell of course, but who prints at 6% density anyway?”
