“The toner arrived on time and was well packaged. It was advertised as compatible with my printer. It is. I removed the old cartridge and the new cartridge slipped right in. I only recently changed the toner so so I cannot comment on the capacity but printing using this cartridge is excellent. The price is great. There were several toner cartridges available I chose this one because the write up said it was compatible with my printer and named the model, ml 2165 a great printer.”
