“Bought this for my 2020 as the makers one was more expensive than the printer and others gave it a good review with the 2020. Removed the protective paper and the plastic clip on front cover and pushed it in and guess what? it worked ! can't be bad. I only use it occasionally for printing documents and have had he original toner for some time. I will give it 2 weeks and if no problem will order another for a spare. Seems a suitable alternative to the one for my use, and just over 1/3rd the price”

“I ordered a complete set of colour toner cartridges from v4link after seeing good reviews. The original toners are so expensive! Unfortunately the yellow cartridge did not register with the printer...so basically, the printer would not print. I contacted v4link and they immediately sent me a replacement by courier..communication was excellent. The cartridge arrived the next day and worked perfectly. I shall definitely go back to them in future. I have read reports of the very expensive original cartridges not working sometimes.”
