“The toner arrived on time and was well packaged. It was advertised as compatible with my printer. It is. I removed the old cartridge and the new cartridge slipped right in. I only recently changed the toner so so I cannot comment on the capacity but printing using this cartridge is excellent. The price is great. There were several toner cartridges available I chose this one because the write up said it was compatible with my printer and named the model, ml 2165 a great printer.”

“Although this is a sizeable printer/scanner/photocopier, it is absolutely excellent - great print quality and speed, and the scanner is also good to use. Rock-solid software and it's great that you can scan directly to your computer from the printer, and print from your mobile phone too. With the duplex, 2-sided printing is a breeze and you get really professional prints. I have also found the toner to last a long time and it's inexpensive to replace (using generic cartridges). Only issues are that the paper can get jammed in the machine, which seems to happen after printing a few double-sided pages (not sure if this is therefore related to the duplex heating up). But I haven't found it to be a major problem. Also, you can't scan double-sided automatically using the sheet feeder on the top - there is no duplex for scanning. But overall this is excellent value for money. I've been using it for 2 and a half years and it's still going strong.”
