“Please note: I am giving this a provisional 4 star rating as I have only just fitted the first of the two cartridges in my laser printer and don't want to get ahead of myself. Firstly, the cartridges came very quickly, and are nicely and neatly packaged. Secondly, once out of the packaging they certainly look the part and are as easy to fit as the ones. Finally, hit print - and they work!!! Frankly, I'm a bit overexcited as they cost around 25% of the price of the branded product. Provided they last a comparable time to the cartridge they will definitely deserve 5 stars.”

“Up till now I'd always bought original toner, but this has now become difficult to get for my printer so thought I'd give this a go. So far, I'm delighted with the quality of this product, which is much cheaper than original. - It came in a pack of two. I've knocked one star off the review only because the instructions for putting the cartridge in the printer were incorrect, perhaps out of date! You were asked to remove the yellow cover (no yellow cover, but a black cover)! which I found a little confusing and also to remove a tab which wasn't there. I haven't had the cartridges long enough to see how long they last, but so far so good. The print quality is as good as I am used to. Would recommend this product and supplier.”

“I was having problems with my printer where the the bottom of paper was coming out of the printer crinkled. I bought this cartridge to see if the cartridge in the printer was the problem. I installed the this new cartridge but the issue of crinkled paper was still there, so by changing the cartridge I confirmed that the issue was with the printer and was not caused by the cartridge. The Customer Services department of Prestige Cartridges (seller) have been really helpful. I give the customer services department 5 stars. I will buy from Prestige Cartridges again, when I change my faulty printer.”
