“Disappointing. I was thrilled with these when installing them a few months ago. Now the printer won't print because the sensor doesn't recognise the carts are still full. ***Update*** Cannot say enough how helpful the seller has been. “I bought the HL2135W last year. It's an excellent printer, the only problem being that it ships with an under-filledtarter' cartridge, and the official replacements are expensive, making it quite expensive to run. , of course, sternly warn against using third-party toner cartridges. Unsurprising, given that they're a major cash cow. When this cartridge arrived, I was pleased to see it was virtually identical to the official ones (I was expecting thin plastic, or other cost-cutting tricks). The included instructions were very clear (be sure to follow them: I thought there was something wrong at first, but I'd just missed a step). Having now used this replacement cartridge for a few weeks, I can safely say it functions identically to the official version. It's hard to get excited about a printer cartridge, but I would certainly order this brand again.”
