Responsive customer service- one of the inks was only half filled, emailed the customer service, who promptly sent a replacement cartridge by expedited delivery Worth its money. “It's been good so far. Print quality is fine. If it lasts as long as it should, it will be very good value. I was annoyed by the original which has a 'kill' function meaning that you can't make use of the whole contents. It switches the printing ability off and you are suddenly left without any means to print even at low quality. It may be that this one has to do the same but we will see.”
