“Simply superb.I ordered one of these toners for my new Ricoh SP204 SFN due to the fact this company had great reviews and their prices are extremely competitive. Well, I'm very pleased I did because it's so easy to install and the quality of the toner is, in my opinion, just as good as the Ricoh toner.if not better! “Ok, a small but fixable assembly fault.there's a small square piece of plastic on the side of the cartridge (the cover of the fill point for the toner) that has a small square lid on it with a little plastic bump that engages with my printer. This new cartridge would not lock into place in my printer until I figured out that this small lid was on the wrong way round. Simple enough to remove it and pop it back on ( Compare with your old cartridge) After that it worked fine and is good quality.”
